Operation really couldn’t be easier – the bain marie is powered with a simple 3-pin plug, so there’s no specialist installation required. You can easily adjust the heat with the user-friendly thermostat dial – keeping food just gently warmed or piping hot as desired. Once you’re all done, the ELITE is very easy to clean too, thanks to the stainless steel construction throughout and the handy front-mounted drain valve.
