If you have a fault with an appliance, our network of engineers and in-house team are here to help. Please provide as many details as possible and a member of our team will call you back. Even if the product was not purchased from 5 Star Catering Equipment, the team will take a look and try to assist you.
Warranty Repairs
Our standard warranty offered on our products is 1 year (parts & labour). This applies to all appliances (GB Mainland only) unless advertised otherwise. In many cases we do offer longer warranties, this is indicated against our products online and in our catalogues.
When arranging a repair, for large items, this typically takes place at your premises whereas for smaller items we will collect and repair at our workshop. Whatever the arrangements, we are committed to resolving the problem quickly and efficiently and getting you back up and running as fast as possible. All our engineers are fully qualified and trained to deliver high quality repairs on all our products

Out of Warranty Repairs
If the warranty on your appliance has expired, don’t worry, we’ll be happy to quote you for a repair. Our prices are highly competitive and you can be assured you’ll get a full briefing of the work carried out as well as a quality repair of course.
